"your mom is a ho" and other awesome advice

whassup ya'll?

i've been workin' my white ass off, i'm out an admin assistant YET AGAIN, so it's like answering the phones is the most important thing and doing the work comes second. gaytime dot gay. at least today i don't have a giant stack of things waiting for me, so maybe i'll be able to get out of here a little early-ish. the earlier the better, seeing as how ern edwards is coming today and i just got two free bottles of wine, a box of crackers, and a 10-dollar-a-pound block o' cheese from my bossman. to thank me for all my hard work, of course. kick ass!

in other news, people are stupid, as evidenced here, here, and here. just in case you didn't feel like clicking those things and finding out just who i'm calling stupid, it's thugs, republicans, and dumb young girls. there are a lot more where that came from... i just don't have the time or the energy to judge everyone today.

in gossip news: so-and-so and hooty-hoo are a hot item; what's-his-butt has a bad case of gas and no one likes it; and girlie mcjones is either a lez or just likes pretending that she might be. ponder that shit, would you?

alright, i gotta go give a kid some money. you see, he gave ME something, and the rules of our culture require that i give him something of fairly equal value--like beat-up green pieces of paper with pictures of hot colonial dudes on them--in exchange.

enjoy the weekend. i plan to make some flan--it better be good or mexico is gonna get it.

things and stuff and stuff and things

howdy.

yes, it's been a dickyear since i posted. yes, i am lame. i've accepted it, now it's time for you to do the same.

not much to report here, which explains the lack of posts. still at the same crap job, still livin' in the same place, still with the same dude, etc... we've been doing a bunch of shit around the house (and you thought there couldn't BE anymore shit to do around the house), watching a lot of movies and experimenting with new and exciting things to eat, as well as the usual tv and reefer combo. it's a tough life, i'm tellin' ya.

joaquim has moved to cali (big ups to you, cap'n, i hope all is well), and there was a going away soiree held in his honor. i attended, as did the surprise guest of the evening, j. barger powerton, who drove aaaaalll the way here from north carolina to surprise us. it was faboo. i miss all my friends, and have resisted finding new ones, on account of i like the old ones just fine and hope someday we'll all magically end up in the same town again, and when we do we will all have omelets for breakfast after long nights of smack-talkin. oh, le'sigh.

the holidays approach! soon there will be food to eat, family to deal with, and--thanks be to cod-- those who have moved away will be coming to visit. i can't wait.

i run the risk of being blabbery here, so i'm going to quit while i'm ahead. i leave you with a picture of this year's halloween punkin, which no one but me and z and hundreds of wee little children got to see before it was eaten by some sort of animal or republican. i carved it in the half hour between getting home from work on monday on the first knock on the door. our first trick-or-treater was dressed as a football player. i resisted the urge to tell him he has no imagination.

until next time...
